We serve customers with protective face covers while in food preparation, serving maintenance or other activities within a food facility. All ice cream scoops are in covered containers and currently we are not serving ice cream cones.
We handcraft an ice cream right in front of you using only premium ingredients. Create your own unique recipe from our selection of multiple ice cream bases and over 50 different flavors, mix-ins, and toppings. Liquid nitrogen (-321 degrees) is then added to the cream mixture to freeze in on contact.
The secret to the creamiest ice cream is all in the rapid freezing of the mixture.
Because liquid nitrogen is so cold it causes the milk particles to stay very small creating an untra smooth and creamy texture.
